Found this knot in the Ashley book of knots 2154, I found it works better with one or two twists before locking the bights may depend on size of rope. Lower with one end of the rope then pull the other end to undo the knot . Can’t shock load this knot so no good for rigging branches. But lowering static/fixed weight fine .
