On Dec. 7 at about 1 a.m., PCSO traffic deputies assigned to a DUI Task Force in Apache Junction stopped a vehicle for driving with only one headlight. During the stop, the deputy detected the odor of burnt marijuana and observed two open containers inside the vehicle. When the driver was asked to step out, he accelerated and fled the scene.
