A car crashed into pedestrians in Tokyo on Monday (November 24), leaving 11 people injured with two in critical condition, according to Japanese broadcaster NTV. Aerial video shot by NTV showed that multiple cars were involved in the accident. The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department stated that the driver of a white sedan left at the scene fled after the collision, NTV reported.
