Many people ask the Finding Shelter volunteers what it is like to do a puppy mill rescue. In a word, heartbreaking but the rescues also inspire us to keep going as we know we have saved dogs from their abusers. Today we saved two former breeding dogs from a very small puppy mill in Lancaster County, PA. There was not too much to see, it was not overwhelmingly dirty. We were unable to get photos but our transport volunteers tried to do a video diary today. This is a little bit from today's rescue
