Burlington County has become New Jersey’s troll capital thanks to Troll Trek, a new public art exhibition spotlighting sustainability, recycling and the power of imagination. Among the 19 trolls that are spread out at outdoor locations throughout the county is Melinda, who was created by Jennifer Hildebrand.
