Happy CO Proud School Meal Day, D6! Many factors, including extreme weather, have negatively impacted farmers making it very important to us to support specialty crop agriculture in Colorado. Supporting local farmers contributes to our local economy and allows our students to eat fresh, nutrient-dense lunches.
