Rodgers wants the Jets to make the first move. He quite possibly hopes they’ll decide to move on, making him a free agent. New Jets coach Aaron Glenn is “ open to ” the idea of keeping Rodgers, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media.

The New York Jets are welcoming Aaron Glenn back home as their new head coach. Glenn was hired last week and will be introduced to New York on Monday during his first press conference. Glenn is a known commodity since he's a former Jets player.
