Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate Mumbai’s first fully underground metro line on Saturday, overseeing several development projects. He will also disburse significant funds to farmers and launch various initiatives aimed at enhancing agriculture and infrastructure in Maharashtra.

Modi will also kick off other major infrastructure projects, including the Thane Ring Metro project and the new Thane municipal headquarters.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a tour of Maharashtra on Saturday, where he will inaugurate the Colaba-Bandra-SEEPZ Mumbai Metro Line 3, the city's first fully underground metro line.

He will lay the foundation stone of Thane Integral Ring Metro Rail Project to be constructed at a cost of around Rs 12,200 crore. The route is of 29 kilometres and will have 20 elevated and two underground stations.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Maharashtra to launch multiple development initiatives worth over ₹56,000 crore, including agriculture projects, metro services, solar parks, and the Banjara Virasat Museum.
