In dry years, Tuttle Creek Lake and other reservoirs keep the Kansas River flowing strong enough to provide drinking water for hundreds of thousands.
About 200 people on Thursday evening attended the “Annual Suicide Awareness Walk” in downtown Clarion, and many of the participants had a personal reason for being there.
