There could be a bidding war for the top two quarterbacks in the 2025 NFL draft and that’s good news for the Dolphins.

Morrison would be an excellent choice in Round 2. If the Falcons can sign a veteran cornerback — such as Mike Hughes — for cheap, Morrison could eventually start opposite Terrell. Atlanta also has Clark Phillips III returning in 2025. The former Utah standout should be in line for a bigger role.

New Orleans doesn't have a head coach yet for 2025, and it has little answer at QB past however long Derek Carr remains a Saint, whether that's for a couple more weeks or another season. Gabriel is likely going to be a Day 2 or 3 pick, but the Saints fall under the category of a QB-needy team.

ESPN’s Matt Miller put together a two-round 2025 NFL mock draft on Monday, and he had the New England Patriots go defense with both of their draft selections.
