The nearly three-and-a-half-year wait is finally almost over. The last time fans of the hit series Stranger Things saw a new episode was on July 1, 2022, but the fifth and final season is less than one month away.

But then the show did something brilliant. Instead of keeping Steven Harrington as a one-dimensional antagonist, they put him through the wringer. They stripped away his relationship, his popularity, and his cool exterior, leaving a fundamentally good person struggling to find his place.

Netflix messed up. Teasing a trailer for release on October 30th, they pulled the trigger slightly earlier than expected and accidentally released it for the much-anticipated fifth season of Stranger Things. The official trailer has been released, and we’ve got our breakdown below.
