The Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety Boat 53 responded this afternoon to the report of a windsurfer in distress off of the South Pier.

Elkhart County Dispatch confirmed to ABC57 that a call came in around 2: 56 p.m. Thursday for a two-vehicle crash on the US 20 Bypass.
