Two Chinese nationals were killed and one was injured in a suicide attack near Karachi’s international airport Sunday evening, China’s embassy in Pakistan said Monday, marking the latest in a string of violence against China’s personnel and investments in the country in recent years.

Investigations are on to understand how sensitive information regarding the movements of Chinese engineers was leaked to terrorists.

The vehicle which was allegedly used in the massive explosion which killed Chinese nationals in Karachi on Monday, has some details to it, which reveal that it was purchased from a resident of Karachi,
