Florham Park, N.J. – New York Jets quarterback Justin Fields was carted from the practice field Thursday morning with a toe injury.

After an injury scare earlier in the week, former Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields returned to Jets practice.

Cameron's logic checks out. In Fields' previous two seasons as a full-time starter, he easily cleared 625 rushing yards, including a historic 1,143 as a sophomore in 2022. Fields should have a long leash as the Jets' starter in 2025, and expect the Jets to tap into his scrambling ability.
