The Arkansas Razorbacks (2-1) head over to play the Memphis Tigers (3-0) in a non-conference battle on Saturday. The Tigers have won three straight games, including a 28-7 victory over Troy on Sept. 13. After consecutive double-digit wins, the Razorbacks fell to No. 13 Ole Miss, 41-35, last week.

Arkansas appeared ready to answer the score in the closing minutes before running back Mike Washington fumbled and defender Chris Bracy recovered at the Memphis 7 with 1:18 to play. Bracy punched the ball out as Washington’s knee was on top of a Tigers player and before his elbow hit the ground.

The game benefits both sides. Arkansas gets two home games against a well-known opponent while Memphis gets to host a team of Arkansas' caliber at home, which is rare for a team in the American Conference. The Razorbacks fan base will also travel to Memphis, which helps the Tigers' revenue.
