The NFC Championship between the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Commanders has had a few controversial calls from officials, and the internet is roasting FOX broadcaster Tom Brady for his take on the matter.

The Washington Commanders took on the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Championship Game on Jan 26. After defeating the Detroit Lions 45-31 in the divisional round, the Commanders headed to Lincoln Financial Field to punch their ticket to the Super Bowl.

The Eagles tried their own trick play — the “Philly Special” — in the fourth quarter when Foles caught a pass from Trey Burton for a touchdown. Philadelphia won, 41-33, despite Brady throwing for three touchdowns and 505 yards.

Hurts wasn’t the only quarterback receiving praises. Burkhardt and Brady had a lot to say about Commanders rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels ahead of the matchup between division rivals. “He’s not playing like a rookie. He’s actually playing at an MVP-type level,” Brady said.
