The NYC Department of Transportation said that 100 new bus shelters will be built at stops across the five boroughs as Wednesday’s midday rain left riders out in the cold.
Program is expanding to three more Bronx bus routes, joining the existing nine that are part of the program. The new routes are BX 3, 7 and 20.
