Shohei Ohtani has returned to the mound for the Los Angeles Dodgers, but could he be better used as the team's closer rather than a starter?

Vinnie Pasquantino homered, doubled and drove in a career high-tying five runs, and the Kansas City Royals beat Shohei Ohtani and the Los Angeles Dodgers 9-5 on Saturday to snap an 11-game home losing streak.

So far, Ohtani has made two starts for the Dodgers. He pitched one inning against the Padres on Monday, June 16, in his debut. He allowed one run in what turned out to be a 6-3 Los Angeles win. Then, he came back five days later and threw a perfect inning against the Washington Nationals.
