Rain dampened President Donald Trump's parade to celebrate the U.S. Army's 250th birthday with thousands of troops, 150 vehicles and 50 aircraft in a parade, concert and fireworks.

The procession, with more than 6,000 soldiers and 128 Army tanks, was one Trump tried to make happen in his first term.

Protesters rallied in parks and plazas across the United States on the same day that President Donald Trump held a massive military parade.
