A woman was shot dead and another hospitalized after an argument in Lake Los Angeles, with the shooter still at large.

A man has been arrested after he allegedly shot two people outside of a dispensary in the Hyde Park neighborhood in South Los Angeles on Tuesday, police said.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, four people sustained moderate injuries in the 400 block of 74th Street. The Los Angeles Police Department said witnesses reported about 20 gunshots starting at about 3:10 p.m.
