The U.S. and China are holding a second day of talks in London aimed at easing their trade dispute. It comes after President Donald Trump said China is “not easy” but the U.S. was “doing well” at the negotiations.

A new round of trade negotiations between the United States and China has started in London, with both sides trying to preserve a fragile truce brokered last month.

The president touted progress in the talks, and said he was hearing "good reports" from his negotiating team in London.
