No. 2 South Carolina succeeded in its first big test of the season with a 69-52 win over No. 8 USC on Saturday at the iconic Crypto.com Arena. Like many other teams across the nation, the Gamecocks are working on finding their identity after the departure of key players.

The South Carolina volleyball team fell to the No. 4 Texas Longhorns, 3-1, in its final regular season match. The Gamecocks will now take on the Alabama Crimson Tide, previously losing to them 3-0 earlier in the season,

South Carolina football coach Shane Beamer addressed the incident between Gamecocks WR Nyck Harbor and a Texas state trooper.

Beamer, who was initially rumored to be among the candidates for the open Virginia Tech job, reaffirmed his commitment to South Carolina last month and called the Gamecocks his "dream job" before saying he planned on helping the program get things back on track.

The No. 2 South Carolina women's basketball team defeated the No. 8 Southern California Trojans 69-52 on Saturday night at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California. The Gamecocks now lead the all-time head-to-head 4-0 over the Trojans.

After the incident, the Texas A&M Police announced on X/Twitter that the trooper involved in the incident was relieved of his game assignment. The Aggies erased a 27-point lead and pulled out a miraculous 31-30 comeback win to remain undefeated.
