The teenaged occupant of the vehicle, who WHDH identified as Kayden Coombs, 18, of Falmouth, was found dead beneath the vehicle. The other two occupants were found outside the vehicle; one was med-flighted to a trauma center and the other was transferred to a hospital in the Boston area, the DA’s office said.

A single-vehicle crash in Falmouth on Friday afternoon resulted in the death of the teenager and two injuries, according to Cape and Island District Attorney Robert Galibois’ office.

According to the Cape and Islands District Attorney's office, the car went off Route 28 north in Falmouth and down an embankment around 4 p.m.
