The schools last played on Dec. 29, 2024 with Tennessee earning a, 114-50, victory. On Nov. 21, 2014, the Lady Vols won, 81-48. Winthrop defeated Tennessee, 55-53, on March 9, 1974. The Lady Vols also defeated Winthrop, 60-45, on Feb. 16, 1974, while Winthrop recorded a, 58-31, victory on Feb. 20, 1971.
