All NBA games presented by NBC Sports will stream live on Peacock. Telemundo, NBCUniversal’s Spanish-language broadcast network, will present 10 Sunday Night Basketball games as well as the NBA Mexico City Game on Nov. 1, 2025, and the NBA All-Star Game on Feb. 15, 2026, for 12 games total.

The 2025-26 NBA season tips off with a doubleheader on Tuesday, Oct. 21, when the NBA returns to NBC and debuts on Peacock. The Oklahoma City Thunder hosts the Houston Rockets (7:30 p.m. ET) and the Golden State Warriors visit the Los Angeles Lakers (10 p.m. ET).

NBA referees will use headsets during games starting Saturday to allow them to communicate in real time with the NBA replay center and each other, the league announced on Friday.In the second phase, referees would be able to communicate directly with the replay center and each other at all times during the game.

The NBA is making a significant change to its officiating process in a bid to speed up replay reviews. Beginning Saturday, all NBA officials will begin wearing headsets during games. They will be able to communicate with each other through them, as well as with the NBA’s Replay Center in Secaucus, New Jersey.
