Slow-moving storms with heavy rain were drenching a large swath of South Texas on Wednesday, a day after downpours washed out roads and farmland and led to dozens of high-water rescues.

Flash flood emergencies were issued for the region, where last year’s floods devastated the area, including Camp Mystic. Follow for live news updates.

FOX Weather senior correspondent Robert Ray has details on the storm bringing dangerous flooding to south-central Texas on ‘America Reports.’

While flash flooding has been reported in parts of Central and South Texas, we only have one more day of potential flooding before a change arrives this weekend.

"We are dealing with and responding to a flood that is likely going to break records in Texas history," Abbott said.
