Mega Millions numbers: Are you the lucky winner of Tuesday’s $400 million jackpot? Sep. 16, 2025, 11:15 p.m. Players pick six numbers from two separate pools of numbers -- five different numbers from 1 to 70 and one number from 1 to 25 -- or select Easy Pick. A player wins the jackpot by matching all six winning numbers in a drawing.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Mega Millions lottery has selected the winning numbers in its Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, drawing for a jackpot estimated at $400 million. The winning numbers are 10-14-34-40-43 Mega Ball 5. The Wednesday, Sept. 17 Powerball jackpot is an estimated $81 million and the Classic Lotto jackpot is $8 million.

After no grand prize winner from the Sept. 19 drawing, the Mega Millions jackpot for Sept. 23 is up to $451 million with a cash value of $208.7 million.

Starting Saturday, the Mega Millions lottery is making some changes, including an increase in the cost to play. In a news release, Mega Millions President Debbie D. Alford said that lotteries are responding to consumers with these latest changes.

Mega Millions winning numbers are in for the Tuesday, Sept. 16 drawing with an estimated jackpot of $400 million ($185.8 million cash option). The winning numbers for Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing are: 10, 14, 34, 40 and 43. The Mega Ball is 5. No one won the Mega Millions jackpot.
