The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Coastal Flood Warning for parts of New Jersey, in effect until 8 p.m. EDT Monday.
“In a town setting, when you can get a large industrial building that you can convert to a home is very desirable and not that frequent because there aren’t very many available,” Bernstein said. “Most homes in Lambertville are smaller. This is a very large property that’s stand alone.”
In Atlantic City, police are looking into the homicide of Christina Burdette, discovered in her home, as they seek tips about her last days.

The greatest threat, though, remains coastal flooding. At the high tide cycle this afternoon, generally between 1 and 2 p.m., we will expect major coastal flooding with as much as 3 feet of water covering roadways.
