The KHOU 11 Weather Team issues a Weather Impact Alert for Monday due to potential isolated tornadoes and damaging winds affecting holiday travel.
When the annual downtown parade starts at 9 a.m. Thursday, temperatures are expected to be in the low- to mid-50s, according to the National Weather Service.
