Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and his Slovak counterpart Robert Fico have agreed to establish an Eastern European energy hub, the media reported.

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico vowed on Sunday to block Ukraine from joining NATO for as long as he is head of the country's government.

"As a result, we will expand our export and import capabilities and strengthen the energy security of both countries," Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.
