The veteran Joe Flacco is a known commodity for Cleveland. But without Pickett, rookies Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders should get more reps in the week ahead. If one of the rookies can take advantage of the extra chances, they could make a run at the starting job that most weren't expecting them to get right out of the chute.
