A Maine fisherman who captured amazing drone video of a large great white shark swimming off the coast of Scarborough is speaking out about his encounter.

The drone footage, captured by David Lancaster, shows the shark swimming just below the surface with its dorsal fin sticking out of the water.

Drone footage of the shark was obtained, leading authorities to share the news for "public situational awareness"
