The steady downpour of rain did not deter thousands from protesting Donald Trump for the 'No Kings' rally in Oklahoma City.

Light rain was falling in Washington by 6:30 p.m., with a light breeze cutting through some of the humidity of the day. Some spectators held up umbrellas. There was no sign of lightning, which could prompt delays for safety reasons.

The mass protest was focused on the Trump administration's actions that protesters believe are authoritarian and blur the line of democracy.
