They controlled much of the game until Miami went on a 19-3 run to take a one-point lead in the fourth quarter. But Devin Vassell and Wemby hit back-to-back 3-pointers to regain control.

On Thursday, Victor Wembanyama and the Spurs achieved franchise history after defeating the Miami Heat, 107-101. As the NBA announced, it’s the “first time ever” that San Antonio has a 5-0 record. In another post, the NBA emphasized that it’s the “best start to a season in Spurs franchise history.”
