The family of late South Korean actress Kim Sae Ron has filed a legal complaint against actor Kim Soo Hyun, alleging that his actions played a role in her death, their attorney announced Monday.

According to a report by Koreaboo, Kim Sae Ron’s mother urged Kim Soo Hyun to publicly acknowledge their alleged underage relationship and issue an apology. She also called on GoldMedalist to admit to manipulating the media over the past three years by denying any romantic involvement between the two.
