Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday addressed the third Kautilya Economic Conclave and referring to the Russia-Ukraine and West Asia conflicts, said that these regions are very important for the global economy.

Modi emphasized that jobs, skills, sustainable growth, and ongoing rapid expansion are the main priorities of his administration, known as Modi 3.0.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Friday expressed confidence that the Indian economy could “do much better” than a growth rate of more than 7 per cent in the coming years as he underlined that with strong economic fundamentals, the country was on course to a sustained high growth.

US politicians across party lines have prized improved ties to New Delhi, and India has fitfully grown closer to Washington as its relations with China have soured.
