Sunday's battle against the Lions, another NFC heavyweight, is the biggest game remaining on the Eagles’ schedule.
S trangely, the Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Lions haven't met as often as one might expect, given that both teams have been around since the 1930s. They've met 36 times in total. The 37th is the biggest game they've played since a postseason meeting in 1995.
They are the survivors of the coaching class of 2021 – Nick Sirianni and Dan Campbell. Seven coaches were hired in that cycle four years ago, and now, in their fifth seasons, they continue to excel with their organizations.
