Tropical Storm Dexter continued to weaken over the open Atlantic on Tuesday as the National Hurricane Center monitors two areas of disturbed weather with the chance to develop.

Tropical Storm Dexter poses no threat to land while two other Atlantic systems churn as hurricane season activity begins to increase in August.

Tropical Storm Dexter is continuing to move away from the U.S., but the National Hurricane Center (NHC) is continuing to monitor an area of disturbed weather off the Southeast coast and in the central Atlantic that could develop into tropical depressions later this week or this weekend.
