I cannot believe we are writing an article about a punter as the secret ingredient behind one of the NFL's very best teams, but here we are, and so are the 2025 Denver Broncos. At 8 and 2, the Broncos are the talk of the league for their defense, their grit, and, oddly enough, their busy special teams unit.

During a pregame appearance before Thursday Night Football, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that Stefon Diggs' decision during NFL free agency came down to the Broncos and New England Patriots. Diggs ended up landing in Foxborough, signing a three-year, $63.5 million contract this spring.

Keeping it relative to linebackers, the Broncos will be without the aforementioned Singleton for Sunday's game against the Chiefs after revealing that he underwent surgery for testicular cancer. Singleton is expected to return this season, perhaps even as soon as Week 13 following Denver's bye.

There is no excuse for Brock Bowers to get so few targets in the loss to the Broncos last week. And Chip Kelly is taking the blame for it.
