BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Police in New Hampshire are investigating a fatal fire in Bethlehem. According to the Bethlehem Fire and Police Department, they responded to a fire on Main Street just before 10:30 on Friday evening. Firefighters report seeing significant fire and smoke coming from the single-family home.

Crews found smoke and flames coming from a house on Main Street in Bethlehem shortly before 10:30 p.m. Friday. The Bethlehem Fire Department then discovered a person’s body inside the home. Their name has not been released. The autopsy is expected to help confirm their identity, as well as both the cause and manner of their death.
